Return and Refund Policy

The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered. In case the customer received the wrong product, the reverse pickup will be generated by us within 2 business days, and the shipping charges will be covered by us only. If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product and the shipping charges are 100% refundable if you received the wrong product.

If there is any size issue/wrong product placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost. Kindly pack the product properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging. If the product is used or damaged and the packaging is torn then only partial or no refund will be given.

Refund Policy

• The refund for the Prepaid order is processed within 7 working days after receiving your order and the Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.
• The refund for the COD order is processed within 15 working days after receiving your order and the Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be reflected in your selected mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation request for your order can be done within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp (9131245620) or by dropping a mail at Support@fklan.com.
• If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. However, if the product(s) is found to be wrong/damaged, you can raise a return request within 7 days of order delivery.

Shipping Policy

We promise our customers one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle-free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request. The tentative delivery period varies from 4-5 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. If you choose the COD payment method, we levy an Rs. 20 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.60.
